The Azalea leaf miner (Caloptilia azaleella) is a moth of the Gracillariidae family. It is endemic to Japan, but has been introduced worldwide.

The wingspan is 10-11 mm. The moth flies from May to October depending on the location.

The larvae feed on Azalea species.
